Does the air-cargo service include the flight?
No. CG Logística performs the ground leg: from the terminal or airport to the warehouse, company, or final destination, or from the company or supplier to the cargo terminal. CG Logística is not an airline, a customs broker, or an international freight forwarder.
Does CG Logística clear customs?
No. Customs clearance belongs to a customs broker or another authorized party. CG Logística takes part as the ground-transportation provider, according to the documentation and the corresponding authorizations.
What information do you need to quote?
Origin, destination, pickup date, type of goods, weight, dimensions, number of pallets, boxes, or bundles, and the loading and unloading conditions. If you already know which configuration you need, or whether you need a dry box or a flatbed, it helps to say so. This information avoids assigning the wrong configuration and makes the quote more precise.
