Through the quote form we collect the following data:
- Identification and contact data: name, company, phone, and email.
- Shipment data: origin, destination, pickup date, type of goods, weight, dimensions, number of pallets, boxes, or bundles, configuration, special requirements, and loading and unloading conditions.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data.
Purposes of processing
We use your data for the following necessary purposes:
- To handle your quote request.
- To contact you and clarify the characteristics of the shipment.
- To prepare and send you the corresponding quote.
- To coordinate the job, if you hire it.
Secondary purposes (for example, sending commercial information): pending a decision by the responsible party.
Processors and transfers
To deliver your request by email we use technology providers that process the data on behalf of the responsible party and only for that purpose.
Transfers to third parties (for example, carriers in the provider network that take part in a job): pending definition with counsel.
Rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection
You may request access, rectification, cancellation, or objection to the processing of your data, and you may withdraw consent, by writing to cglogistica35@gmail.com.
